Wuxi Gaoqiang Special Textile Co., LTD. was
established in 2005, located in Wuxi, China, near the beautiful Taihu lake. Our
factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters, with a construction area of
10,000 square meters. We are mainly base on professional weaving and filtration
materials.
At present, there are more than 150
employees, 10 managers, 16 technicians and 4 senior technical consultants in
our company. The main equipment of the enterprise is: twenty-eight high speed
rapier looms, three high speed warping machines, automatic winders
from MURATA and textile machines from PICANOL. The total fixed assets are more
than 46 million RMB.
Our company is a professional enterprise specialized
in producing woven filter cloth, from its establishment of single contexture to
a complete industrial chain of the fiber → spinning → doubling → weaving, with
an annual output capacity of more than 15 million square meters. In 2017, our annual output value reached 120 million yuan,
with annual production capacity of 5,000 spindles of ring spinning cloth.
Our main products include PPS Woven Filter
Cloth, PTFE Woven Filter Cloth, P84 Woven Filter Cloth, Kevlar Woven Filter
Cloth, Polyester Woven Filter Cloth, Polypropylene Woven Filter Cloth, Acrylic
(homopolymer) woven filter cloth, antistatic and other functional woven cloth in
industrial filter cloth. PTFE filter cloth is now one of our flagship products.
Our company's spinning started later than
weaving. But we have broken difficulties in all kinds of high-temperature fiber
spinning due to the technical staffs’ efforts. As a result, our spinning output
has increased from 500kg per day to 3000kg per day. Moreover, the conventional
textile PPS fibers we spin include imported products from Toyo, Toray, Korean as
well as domestic products; aramid fibers include DuPont, Teijin to domestic
Taihe and Shengou. With years of experience, we have grasped the performance
and habits of different fibers in the spinning process. Next, our goal is to
improve the equipment technology, so as to minimize the damage and loss of the
fibers in the spinning process, producing better cloth products and reduce cost
for our clients.
